My biggest issue has always been skipping meals and gaining weight because my body would hold on to the calories I did take in. The flavor of this (I love the chocolate) is great! I mix it with milk and Ice cubes but have mixed it with water and it is still good! I drink it for breakfast and I am not hungry till lunch. I am eating healthy, walking, and losing weight.
I have a sensitive stomach and sensory issues with food. This is the single protein powder that I can actually consume without it making me feel sick in one way or another. I do agree it’s a little expensive, but to me, it’s worth it. I struggle to eat meat, which generally results in my daily protein being very low and this helps to make them a little higher. Also, if it’s blended well it’s very very similar to chocolate milk in flavor and texture. I think a shot of espresso would be great in it too.
