I just gave my 8” Ninja pan to my son as he sets up his own home. He loves it and learned to cook with it. I’ve tried many non-stick pans and stainless pans over the years. I’m convinced Ninja is the best. It’s easy to clean with dish soap and a nylon scrub. No stained colorful exterior. No elbow grease and chemicals are needed to clean it. I love the crispy sear I get on meats with it, and even the heat distribution. What I love most is its safety- I don’t have to worry about hot chemicals leaching into our food. I find that the 10.5 in and 8in are all we need for pans.
