This is a handy kitchen item that can replace a bulky strainer! I used it to make pasta and found it to be super sturdy and helpful. There are strainer clips to the side and it’s made with silicone material. Very easy to use and wash afterward! The box says “all sized pots”, but this would work best on a larger sized pot for making a pound of spaghetti, and not a smaller pot for making a box of mac and cheese – Hip Sidekick, Lina
Now I don’t have to juggle a colander and a pan of hot boiling water. I used to empty water and pasta into a colander to drain and then put pasta back into pan, dealing with heat and steam rising into my face. With this pan colander, the pasta stays in the pan! The clips are very sturdy and fit a variety of my pans. Glad I bought it. And another as a gift.
I am obsessed with using this snap on strainer! It makes it very handy not to have to use one hand to hold the strainer, and one hand to hold the pot you are pouring. I use it a lot when I am using my big stock pot and have to use both hands to pour, and I don’t have to worry about my strainer since it clips right onto the pot. Once I am done with the clip-on strainer, it is very easy to clean it. I would recommend this to anyone! Very handy product for the kitchen.
