So I got these for my mom and me, and we both love them so far. They came in a nice box, and you could tell that a lot of work was put into the design of these bands. As far as use they hold up well, I’ve used them a few times already and I have to say that they are very easy to use and effective.
There’s even a small booklet that comes with it that shows you different workouts you can do with these which I thought was pretty cool. Also comes with a mini drawstring bag that fits all the bands with a little extra room for something small like say your wallet or car keys. Nothing bad to say about these and a great price.
