This is the third box we’ve gotten. The first was a gift and I asked for purchase information because I wanted more. My kids go through chalk like crazy and this box offers a lot and many colors. The box itself is nothing special but lasts through most of the time we have the chalk. It’s hard to get pieces back in when it’s full but hey, it’s chalk, and it gets used so quickly that there is plenty of space to chuck them in eventually. I plan to get more in the future, every year until they outgrow it.
I have bought plenty of chalk in my adult life. Nothing compares to these so far. Usually, chalk goes fast but these last a pretty long time. I am an aftercare teacher and my students stay outside for an hour or more, depending on the week. 1 piece of regular sidewalk chalk would be gone in like 15 minutes. I was outside for 45 minutes and they still had the same piece of chalk I gave them and it was still over half a piece of chalk. Definitely 5 stars. I would totally recommend it.
