I recently ordered the Fat Oil Lip Drip in the shade Newsfeed. I definitely recommend this NYX lip oil. It’s more of a gloss but it feels great on the lips and is super affordable. The container isn’t huge, but there’s a lot of product in there! I think it would make a great gift for an adult, teen, or even yourself.
I’ve seen this lip oil making the rounds on social media and every color looks gorgeous when applied. It comes in a variety of fun shades to choose from – clear, nudes, pinks, berry, and browns.

I love a shiny, hydrating gloss that can give my lips a more youthful look. The NYX Fat Lip Oil delivered both! Plus, the shade I got was not at all sticky, not even a little bit! 🙌 That is so rare when it comes to a lip gloss! I will say that I saw a few product reviewers mention the shades Follow Back and That’s Chic had a little stick, but most of the reviews are still positive.
All of the shades look very pigmented in the container and I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I could pass off such a bold color. Luckily, the true color of this Nyx lip oil is more subtle when applied and you can build it up to be brighter. That was a major plus for me! The product also comes with a nice wide applicator that distributes the product evenly.
Overall, I recommend the product. I loved the feel, look, and price. I think this is an excellent drugstore lip gloss that holds up to those higher-end brands. I’ll definitely be trying out more shades in the future!
