Amazon is integrating Grubhub into Amazon.com and the Amazon Shopping app. The Grubhub+ membership with also be a permanent benefit for Amazon Prime customers who pay $139 per year. With Grubhub+ you pay no food delivery fees on orders of $12 or more, among other benefits.
Amazon was already offering Grubhub+ as a benefit for Prime members, but only for one year. After that, the membership would renew at full price.
There’s also a promotion for Prime members. They can save $5 on a Grubhub delivery order over $25 from now through June 2 with code “PRIME5”. The code can be entered by Prime members during checkout when shopping Grubhub on Amazon.com or in the Amazon Shopping app
Amazon says that customers can now access Grubhub conveniently on Amazon.com and in the Amazon Shopping app, enabling them to order Grubhub while shopping on Amazon without having to download or switch to the Grubhub app.
