I was looking for a meatloaf pan that came with a rack that would allow the meatloaf to bake while letting the fat and grease to drip down to the pan below. After looking at several stores without success, I found this set and ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised by the heavy gauge steel construction of both the pan and the lifting rack. After the first use, the pan and rack worked perfectly. The easy lift rack is a real plus and the non-stick surface of both the pan and rack makes for easy clean-up.
This meatloaf pan is the best ever! Meatloaf is cooked to perfection and easy removal from the pan. The nonstick surface is great for an easy cleanup.
I made a double batch of meatloaf and put one in this pan and one in a regular bread pan. The bread pan one was dry and not very good tasting. The one in this pan was juicy and delicious. We love meatloaf. Glad we had this recommended to us.
