You can’t really tell the difference between this and soy sauce and this is much better for you. It won’t cause inflammation like soy.
Nobody needs the sodium in regular soy sauce. I’ve been buying this brand for YEARS- you can’t even taste a difference. Other than maybe being less thirsty with the lesser amount of sodium! lol
