It works great, I love it! Ordinarily, I wouldn’t have purchased one with multiple cutting heads but I figured what the heck I might as well, and as advertised the hair trimmer head has excellently sharp blades! They don’t pull my hair and I can trim my neck now anytime I want. I don’t have to go to the barber and pay 15 bucks plus tip. Oh and yet another thing… the ear hair hair clipper works great! I no longer look like a Neanderthal going on dates.
