I purchased this for my boyfriend a little over a year ago because he’s always cold and the winter just kicks his butt. It’s been absolutely amazing! The jacket itself is already warm even without the heating element, but with the heating component, it’s been 10x better! He doesn’t like to use any of his other jackets in the winter now. We’re going on over a year and everything is still working the same as it did the first day. It does take a while for the battery to charge, but if you charge it every evening (depending on usage) then it will last all day. It’s also nice that the battery isn’t huge, it fits nicely in the inside pocket and you really don’t notice it when you have the jacket on. I’ve recommended this product to all of my cold-natured friends.
My boyfriend is an electrician and often works on new builds so he’s outside for work often. This was by far the best gift I could’ve gotten him for Christmas. 8 hours of battery life but stays warm for hours after. The battery pack has an easy charger with no bulky batteries to carry. A great investment for chilly midwestern winters. The heating can warm you up and it’s insulated enough to keep you warm. With pocket warmers and body warmers, it’s all I could ask for. If I had one complaint I’d say it gets pretty dirty easily and any amount of hair sticks to the inside lining. The battery lasted me about one week on one charge. Read the simple instructions before use, they’re very helpful.
This is my very first heated jacket and I honestly don’t know what took me so long to purchase one! I’m always cold, especially with the changes in season and this past week this jacket has been a lifesaver. The jacket is a very nice material inside and out. The inside is super soft. The 5 heated sections are awesome; especially the hand warmer option. The chest and back heated sections are great as well. Got to use this on a super windy 36-degree day and I still felt the heat on my back and chest. I love the hood! The fit is as expected. I’m only 4ft 11in 100lbs so it’s a little big on me but it’s okay since I’ll be using this for all my outdoor activities. If they ever make an XS I’ll definitely be purchasing one. Also, their customer service is great, I reached out to them with a few questions and they got right back to me. Definitely recommend this product!
