I was afraid after I bought these chairs that they wouldn’t be sturdy. The review that mentions to loosen all the nuts then tighten them when the chair is assembled is helpful. I also had someone sit in the chair to put some weight on it while I tightened and didn’t have and wobbling. For the money they are perfect. I would feel guilty spending more on a chair only to have my kids draw, kick, scratch, or destroy them. These will do fine in our kitchen. Make sure you tighten ALL nuts (even the ones holding the metal struts in the legs) and the chair will be sturdy enough for most kids/adults.
These chairs are great. They look and feel better than expected. They support a surprising amount of weight for being plastic. Assembly is very simple, each chair only took about 2 minutes to assemble.
