Yes! My husband and I have 6 kids. So it seems every year we have a newborn whom we need a gate for. I’ve owned every gate imaginable and thought I owned the longest gate because out of necessity we needed one. That was not true. This gate being 120″ is the longest and honestly one of the easiest and best gates we’ve used.
All of the other gates have been way too difficult to move out of the way or put down. Also, they do not retract so when we’re not using them we have these long 4 foot/5 foot gates just leaning against the wall. This is a game-changer! It retracts very nicely. No worries about it smacking or pulling too hard.
It’s very sturdy. It attaches to the way with screws so it’s not going anywhere. It snaps easily but is secure enough that your little one won’t be able to open it. Our opening for our kitchen is big with our island on the side so mommy needs her cooking time alone and this keeps out my youngest to my 8-year-old! It’s great! a must-have if you have a large space. It really does go far!
