I have been purchasing Honeywell fans, this and prior versions, for years. I have one for work, one in each bedroom, and two in the larger family room. It is on 100% of the time in summer and spring, circulating air and pulling in fresh air up against the windows. I have only had to replace one due to it stopping after three years of hard use.
At just under $17, it is a great bargain and I would absolutely buy it again. It moves the air well, is relatively quiet for its size, and is durable. I have purchased in both white and black, depending on the decor of the room. I would recommend it for yourself or as a gift. I have Dyson, Vortec, and other fans and this one is right up there with more expensive ones!
