I have been cooking for over 50 years and have ALWAYS used Italian Red Wine Vinegar. This is an acceptable product, and frankly, most people with less than a discerning pallet will probably not notice the difference.
I use this vinegar as a laundry freshener. It’s great to get rid of any musty odors in your towels or anything else you’re washing. Better than bleach and safer for the environment.
Comparable to any other distilled white vinegar. I like to use as a natural fabric softener and stain remover.
Amazon’s brands are not only a great price but work just as well as name brands. I used this Red Wine Vinegar for pickling beets and homemade vinaigrettes.
