After reading some of the reviews I was worried this would be hard to grab, or difficult to clean. It is actually very easy to grab–the shape makes it seem like this was part of the design consideration. It also cleans easily, as it has a very glossy surface. Stuff doesn’t stick too much at all. We use it for when we can get away with baking in the toaster oven. It fits great and is light and easy to handle. We’ve made everything from chicken thighs to brownies in this pan.
I bought these simply for the fact that they had lids and I needed to carry food to my son’s for Christmas. But they are an ideal purchase! Not only are they the right size to bake and carry casseroles, but they are also SO easy to clean! I highly recommend these dishes!
I love these pretty baking dishes. They are great oven to table to the freezer and dishwasher save. And it’s especially nice that it’s much lighter than the others I have in the cupboard. It’s also so nice looking that I can leave it on the table with pride.
These are as lightweight as advertised. My arthritis has forced me to swap out my pots, pans, casserole dishes, glasses, etc. for the lightest I can find. These are great! Easy to pick up and not too heavy even with a substantial casserole. AND they are pretty AND clean up so easily! At least I don’t have to ask for help to get a meal out of the oven.
