OMG! I LOVE this Dutch oven! I use it for everything- soups, meatballs, and sauce, roasting a whole chicken, etc. Amazing quality and great value! I have now purchased four of these. Don’t worry- they last FOREVER. I have one in my kitchen, one in our hunting lodge where I cook often, and I bought one for my mom and one for my mother-in-law. I have gas range tops, and the heat distribution is impeccable on these pots. I cook EVERYTHING in here. It is so versatile because you can sear your meat on the stovetop, develop your sauce, put the meat back and it goes right into the oven. I literally use this pot every day. It seems like it would be hard to clean, but it’s not at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Do not waste money buying more expensive versions. The Amazon brand is perfect.
