I was skeptical. But man, the thing works well! I hook it to the top of the door and do tricep extensions. I stand on it and do bicep curls. You can hook it into the side of the door and do pectoral flys. It works kinda like the weighted cords at the gym.
The band seems pretty good quality and a nice addition to my workout routine.
