Score a Squatty Potty & change the way you do #2! đź’©
Amazon has a deal you can’t miss! 💩
Head on over to Amazon where you can score this Bamboo Flip Squatty Potty Stool for just $24.99 (regularly $39.99)!
The key is the Squatty Potty’s unique ergonomic design that mimics a natural squat position – aka the easiest position to do your #2 because it’s easier on the digestive tract and allows the muscles to fully relax. It also saves you from any struggle and prevents unnecessary strain on your muscles (including side effects like hemorrhoids).
This flip stool is even better because it can be flipped to a 9″ height or 7″ height, so it’s great for children or those with higher toilets.

I was hesitant to buy but like some of the other reviewers I had been using other things that weren’t made for this purpose on the occasion that I needed it. So glad I finally bought the Squatty Potty. It works like a dream and I love the different heights. Sometimes I use the shorter and sometimes the taller side. It is aesthetically pleasing and fits tight around the toilet so it is not in the way but there if you need or want to use it. Easy to assemble and good quality. Really happy I bought this as it makes a definite difference.
I really like that this can be flipped for different height toilets. my apartment right now has a higher seat, but if I move elsewhere I don’t have to worry about it being the wrong height. my partner is also taller than me, so we can use whichever height works best for each of us. super easy to put together and it looks so much nicer than the plastic ones for just a few dollars more!
The benefits of squatting are backed by research…
Don’t take my word for it! There have been several studies showing that squatting is the superior form when it comes to both comfort and digestive health.
Researchers have found that the prevalence of “bowel-related diseases like hemorrhoids, appendicitis, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome” in countries with “western-style” toilets (the ones we have here in the US) was noticeably higher than in countries where it’s more common to squat.
Although diet & lifestyle surely play a big part in overall gut health, it looks like our pooping positions are important as well!
