We put this together for our 3-year-old who is OBSESSED with dinosaurs in general but the entire Jurassic Park franchise specifically. It was easy enough for an adult to put together, though I think a kid that’s 7-8 would do okay if they have Lego-type experience and a little guidance. Once we got it together, we hung it from his ceiling and he LOVES to watch this thing zoom in its circle. It really GOES! It’s a neat toy, for sure.
I got this as a gift for my 9-year-old and he was ecstatic. He loves dinosaurs and always has, so he has a huge collection. It’s hard finding things he doesn’t have, and this was definitely something new for him! He’s never had an assembly kit before, so this was a fun activity for his father to do with him as bonding time. The motorized portion of it is also so cool! He keeps it on throughout the day, and our baby likes to watch it go in circles.
