Bought these for Father’s Day but gave them early because the ones my hubby was using were broken tops that can’t be replaced and they leaked and the colors that were on the outside were chipped and peeled. These were from Starbucks and I paid a lot for them but I read reviews and these well, they surpassed all the reviews!! The seal on these is amazing! You can turn them upside down and no leaking! It has a rubber-type seal ring around the top that causes the seal to airlock. It maintains the coffee temp as stated and my hubs said from 4am til late in the afternoon he still has had HOT coffee! I totally recommend these cups! Worth the price and I got a phenomenal deal with the 2-for-1.
And with all these types of cups, the best advice is never ever put them in the dishwasher! They should always be washed by hand. I have heard and seen people say they just stuck them in the washer and then they complained about they didn’t work as well. Well, that’s because the heat breaks down the seal and takes, well if they aren’t stainless steel, it peels and cracks the outer coating. Hope this was helpful and sorry it was so long.
