I have made two kinds of chicken soup and one of beef so far. The ease of use is a huge plus. I put a scoop of the stew mix in a soup pot with as much water as I like. Add meat and seasonings and the last time I added noodles. The vegetables are chopped very small which makes it seem more like soup than stew. I usually let it cook a few hours while I am busy with homework or hobbies. I like that I don’t have vegetables going bad or taking up freezer space. This is a product I plan to keep on hand for frequent use and not just emergencies.
I’ve been a vegetarian for 40 years. This is the best veggie burger ever! My husband used it to make Chicken – Fried Steak and it was sinfully delicious.
Bought these at the start of the Covid epidemic to stock up when things were kind of crazy at the grocery store. After a while we decided to use them. They are awesome for hash browns! so much quicker and easier than using fresh potatoes. Also better than frozen. Also can add to soups. Will keep buying.
First time I have ever tried a freeze-dried product, so I really didn’t know what to expect. Well to say the least I was impressed the corn tastes great and smells like fresh corn. I love it also because I can use just the amount, I need instead of having to open a whole can of corn. Now I don’t have to waste product.
I purchased this for my food stash. But we use this weekly. It is not as flavorful as what you can get at a place that is known for this soup BUT it is very good. I add it to boiling chicken broth and then the flavor is perfect. Sometimes I chop up leftover chopped up chicken and that’s great. I like my soup thicker so I simply use less liquid…you control the thickness. I could go on and on about how great this is to have on hand..but you get it. I will buy again.
It comes in 4 or 5 pouches and you add 4 & 1/2 cups of water. I added a bit of jalapeno, and in another batch, I used Old Bay. This stuff is addictive to your taste buds. Like, you can’t stop eating it! Both times, I added white, sweet corn. You won’t be able to stop eating it!
I am a waffle person existing in a family of pancake people. It’s a hard-knock life. So I was skeptical about this pancake mix. What’s so great about pancake mix, I thought? Well, this stuff is great! It makes the fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever had. I throw in a teaspoon of vanilla to the batter. Cook em up on the griddle. Some melted butter and a tad of syrup on top and I am officially a pancake person. Will definitely re-buy. A+.

“I try to never run out of this product. I love it. I have stopped using refined sugar and brown sugar. I don’t care for honey in the liquid state because it leaves an aftertaste. The taste and texture of powdered honey is incredible. I use it in my tea, hot cereal, smoothies, and yogurt. Excellent.”
“This is the milk starches with the oil removed. It is best reconstituted with light vegetable oil, then chilled, to make a firm spread, like butter. Mix with water and a little vinegar, then chill, to make a sour cream substitute. Adding vinegar, water, and spices produces a passable mayonnaise.
The powder can be mixed straight into dough, noodles, or mashed potatoes. For a treat, use it straight in tea or coffee; it’s tasty and comforting. It doesn’t do well sprinkled straight on popcorn. I would mix some of the oil/butter mix straight into the hot popcorn. Nice product, good price. Especially if you have no refrigeration, and would like a creamy dairy-like sauce base. No, it’s not butter. But it’s tasty and useful.”

Just reordered this and HAD to make mac ‘n cheese. My hubby the mac ‘n cheese connoisseur said this was very good. So there you have it!! I’m a big cheese dip fan so next time it’s gonna be Mexican Cheese Dip “without” white American cheese, which I despise, with ground beef and chopped jalapeños. No, there won’t be leftovers. Mmmmmmm.
I always like to try a can of something before adding it to my shtf stockpile. I was skeptical of this product when I first opened it, but I mixed it up as instructed and tried it. It’s actually really good. Pretty on par with Tang or orange Kool-Aid. I have a picky 6-year-old and he drank it with no problem.
After receiving the 30-day version, we ordered the 72 hours (for 1 person) version so we could try the food. My wife and I are elderly and we don’t eat a lot. (We’re 125 pounds and 175 pounds.) As a trial, after two days of eating only what’s in the bucket, along with drinks we supplied, I can say this is going to last both of us 72 hours, or a little longer. We’re quite pleased with the quality and quantity of this food. I’d recommend it! We’ll keep the 30 days (for 1 person) version intact for an actual emergency food supply since that would probably last both of us at least 30 days.

This kit contains fifteen food pouches with 13 different food varieties including mac & cheese, flavored rices, soups, pasta meals, hot breakfast cereals, milk powder, and chocolate pudding. Shelf life varies from 10-25 years depending on the item.
I bought this when it was $60. I feel like that’s a decent price for what you get. The four-gallon pail is pretty full so there’s not a lot of wasted space. All the individual packets had decent expiration dates, mostly between 24-25 years out. The only exception was the packet of powdered cheese that is meant to go with the macaroni. That was 9.5 years. And the powdered milk was 19.5 years out(still a decent shelf life.) At this price, I should probably buy a few more before it shoots up.
